From football games of all kinds to major concerts from music legends, the 40,000 seat Rubber Bowl was something of legend. For over 70 years it sat as an iconic local event venue, one however that would ultimately close and sit abandoned. Notorious ABANDONED Mall Closed For 2 Years
Hindsight is 2020, but I feel like the executives should have forseen the competitions strong hold and imitated it.
they should turn it into a mountain and motocross trails.
WOW Toyota PR is here today, Please Japan stop bashing American companies .... GM makes the best . This is an anti American video. This should ben taken down ....Toyota Is still smaller than GM and its 2024. Time to give it up no?
This place looks amazing. Some online trolls including this joker who made the video are bitching that it ain't zoo. So give it time the place has only been open five minutes.
Totally missing out on the biggest reason, which is that it is just not working.
Do water wonderland, Odessa tx
Hyperloop and technology like is the future, it’s infuriating that governments and people don’t see that. Humans suck.
1:15 Ok Canadian lol
Everyone uses JCPenny in directions to tell people where a place is, but nobody goes there.
*note* The word "zvezda" on the side of the russian space satelite means star (Звезда)
My husband and I took my 4yr old daughter and 3 yr old son to Disneyland in Orlando in 1976.. We remember riding the Nautilus, It’s A Small World and the Haunted House attractions.. It rained so much that day we had to wade out into the parking lot to get to our van..
That girl putting the Lego's together had a big butt.
Pier 1 in my are finally closed it's remaining stores. I used to like their products. They use to be decent quality then tapered off over the years. Over the years I noticed their quality quickly declined and sold out for profit. I'd rather pay more for quality than cheap and cr--apy items that don't even last 6 months. Many pottery things I bought from them chipped easily and other items looked tattered quickly. I sort of stopped participating them.
I was a little girl when my parents took me to Disneyland in the early 1960s. Out of all the rides it is this ride that I remember. Sad that this ride is no more at either Disney Park in the US. I was lucky I got to ride this multiple times as my parents took me twice to Disneyland all the way from Texas. I never road this ride in Disneyworld as I was much older by the time Disneyworld was built.
I went on it in Feb 82 and it was so murky that you really couldn’t see anything…
Sounds like they spent most of their time and money on rebranding and cool looking prototypes. Remember investors: No refunds!
I dont want my tax dollars paying to maintain old crap, good decision to tear the stadium down.
Noose looked more like a lasso…
The home of the akron goblin
Only recall watching Akron Kent St on TV on a Maction Wednesday when nothing else on TV to watch. Quite a few NFL players played at that field.
A regular ass train would of been a bargain and a half and would of actually worked
Walmart is the start of like all retail stores downfall
Hey bright sun films, yesterday while I was in school, I was trying to find the mcbarge in google earth and found an abandoned floating gas station do a video of that please.
I have a christmas wall plate " exclusiv for Montgomery Ward "
A cautionary tale that Burlington Ontario, right next door, would do well to heed. But instead our historic downtown is being systematically demolished and replaced by hideous monstrosities blocking the view of our beautiful waterfront.

Шо , вони тут "бідкаються" , що це ... "студентське общежитіє"!?...
The confederate flags being shown so prominently around the park is really jarring
I wonder how much mold they breathed in that day
It’s insane how the titanic was listed “unsinkable” it sunk Costa Concordia deemed “unsinkable” what happened? IT SUNK
If heaven is real, the 33 people should get in easily, they got killed by a coward
The other sub was rotting in backstage Epcot by the land greenhouses. This was when I was an intern at the land greenhouses in spring of 2007. I should have taken a picture but it was ugly. Other interns thought it was really cool and kinda obsessed over it which our boss didn’t seem to like.
I am a researcher and lecturer at a big university in the mechanical engineering department. I used to joke to my colleagues and tell them not to take students for a thesis who previously participated in any of these "hyperloop" contest programs, since the inability to instantly dismiss this moronic idea was a testament to poor engineering skills. (Jokes aside, obviously they had many great students and the programs were nice platforms to practice all kinds of skills etc. I was still a little disappointed that the organizers at my university, who are the ones truly accountable, decided to participate in this embarrassment. It was probably just easy to get funds ...)
would be nice if they built employee housing there
There is something about knowing that the iconic building no longer looks the same or is even accessible that just breaks my heart. The 90s was truly a magical time that we will never get back.
Everything ends, and someday we'll all be dead and forgotten, with the sun shining on our graves.
It was an ambitious project that worked but was overwhelmed by costly maintenance issues. Water is the huge factor here. Just like how the original Jaws movie had issues because of the natural water and the robotic shark. Japan was smart. Give the illusion of under water without actually being under water.
I grew up racing at the derby track. My grandmother’s house was within walking distance. My friends and I knew every way to sneak into that stadium. Saw a few future NFL players play for/against the Zips. Sat in the track bleachers and listened to a Bon Jovi show with my Mom. Saw Ozzfest 98’ there. So many good memories. 🥲
Imagine if future alien find a sunken Walmart and it’s the only proof we existed
Played a game there in 2007. I liked the way the sun hit the field in the late afternoon. Lockers kinda sucked but it was pretty dope for a MAC school. I like the bowl stadiums. This what happens when a lot of people just do not give a shit about doing something hard.
Rode it as a child in 1989 and again in 1990. I loved it.
I dream of the day Cedar Fair goes bankrupt!
Love all the Ohio content on this account, as an Ohioan i love getting these videos
Where is this place?
The gym looks good, from the picture I can see it has a proper bench press.
I remember shopping at the one with the flying saucer, in Burbank, CA .
I don't buy the Amazon and Walmart excuse. They completely shifted away from the products that their customer base wanted. They wrongly thought that they could make a fortune on computers and cellphones. If they came back with their original lineup of products, possibly with computers and cellphones on the side, I think they would thrive. There are millions of people in the US who would love to have a true electronics superstore again.
Its not cancelled anymore.
The Fontainebleau doesn’t even stand out when you’re driving down the strip at night. You can easily pass by it without even realizing it. The interior however, was beautiful.
I am honestly devastated that a Toy Company could lose all that money just like that. And it's all thanks to that no good Walmart. Silmey gits. 😒
